THROWBACK- WINE AND CHEESE TASTING 🍷🧀

On Friday, November 17th, we celebrated the Beaujolais Nouveau, but without Beaujolais Nouveau! We had a wonderful evening, in the company of the wine expert Satya Bra Das, during which we tasted 4 Beaujolais wines from and 4 delicious French cheeses from , with fresh bread from .bakery.

The evening delighted the taste buds of our guests, as Beaujolais and French gastronomy were in the spotlight!

Le vendredi 17 novembre dernier, nous avons fêté le Beaujolais Nouveau mais sans Beaujolais Nouveau ! Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, en compagnie de l'expert en vins Satya Bra Das, au cours de laquelle nous avons dégusté 4 vins (crus du Beaujolais) de ainsi que 4 fromages français de chez , avec du pain frais de chez .bakery.

Cette soirée a su ravir les papilles de nos convives, où le Beaujolais et la gastronomie française étaient à l'honneur !

DID YOU KNOW?
Originally, the Yule log was not edible: it was a large stump of wood that was burned for as long as possible. It was decorated with foliage and ribbons. The tradition has since been carried on in pastry-making, where the ganache is adorned with sugar coins and other confectionery. A must-have for the festive season!

This workshop is limited to 12 people and is accessible for everyone!

Réalisez votre propre bûche de Noël en chocolat, guidé par la chef en français !

LE SAVIEZ-VOUS ?
À l'origine, la bûche de Noël n'était pas comestible : il s'agissait d'une grosse souche de bois que l'on faisait brûler le plus longtemps possible. Elle était décorée de feuillages et de rubans. La tradition s'est ensuite perpétuée en pâtisserie, où la ganache est ornée de pièces en sucre et d'autres confiseries. Un incontournable des fêtes de fin d'année !
