“Do we need to be in a gym to reach our training goals?”
Short answer.. absolutely not!
Our greatest success will come from finding the routine that can be maintained regularly. For many people they have the greatest motivation attending a gym space, working with a trainer or even a group class!
Many others crave a routine that can be performed conveniently at in their living room or with a home gym set-up.
And who says you can’t do both!
Regardless of who you are I love to recommend that we choose the space we are motivated to challenge ourselves and comfortable enough to push out of our comfort zones.

Looking to make a push for change into the New Year!?
It certainly doesn't have to include an intimidating exercise like you see .vandijk performing here! This bad-ass human trains 3-4x/week and is even challenging 75HARD in 2024 😳
While this is amazing for him and he has made such terrific progress in this commitment, it certainly isn't the only path to success!
Rather then attacking the gym Jan. 1st with 5 workouts in the same week, start with simple movement and exercise included in your routine 1-2x/week and build from there!
These could be workouts performed in the gym with a friend, group class, or simply 15-25min home workouts following a bodyweight workout similar to the one we posted yesterday!
You'll find that as you set and meet realistic expectations for yourself each week that soon enough you'll already be making progress feeling more capable and confident to add another 1-2 workouts to your weekly routine!
