Lure Dance Fitness Lure is about attracting you to moving. All movements are using only the weight of your own body. Bring a friend and come check it out!
Classes integrate dance, pilates, and yoga mentalities and movements to improve your cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Intricate dance toning movements are used and designed to create fabulous, slim, toned bodies.

So here is the plan! I know December is a busy busy month so the plan is for next week to be the last class of 2014. We will start classes again at ETOWN SALSA Dance Company downtown January 8, 2015. It will be a 10 week session so buy now to reserve a spot! Very excited to be teaching out of the studio...it's going to be a fabulous new year activity!
