One year ago, I hosted my very first sushi class.

Looking back at this video reminds me how everything started. What began as a small idea has grown into an amazing community of people who love Japanese food and enjoy learning something new.

Thank you to everyone who has joined a class and supported this journey. I'm excited to keep sharing the joy of sushi making with even more people.

🍣 This video mentions August 11 as the next class, but that's from last year's post. Our next sushi class is on August 24! Hope to see you there!
