Miss Shara is also a registered psychometrician in her home country, bringing valuable insight and understanding of child development into her practice. Her background strengthens her ability to support children not only academically, but also emotionally and socially, making her approach to education both thoughtful and well-rounded.
She believes that nurturing each child’s growth with care and purpose means creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel valued and confident to explore, learn, and express themselves. For Miss Shara, education goes beyond teaching skill. It includes guiding children in understanding their emotions, developing positive behavior, and building meaningful social connections.
With intentional care in every interaction, she focuses on helping each child build a strong foundation for their future. Her calm presence, professionalism, and genuine dedication make her a trusted and valued educator within the MBA community.
“Early childhood education is one of the most influential factors in a person’s long-term development. During the first few years of life, the brain is developing rapidly, forming the foundations for learning, behavior, and health. Because of this, experiences in early childhood can have lasting effects—both positive and negative. Early positive experiences are like seeds with high potential, but propagation depends on the soil. If you want those benefits to multiply, you have to keep nurturing the conditions that let them grow, which is why as an early childhood educator, it is our duty to nurture, guide, and protect young learners while laying a strong foundation for lifelong development, not just academically, but as capable, confident individuals.” - Miss Shara ❤️
