Greetings from our Archives! A charming donation came across our desk of this dance card from a Separate School dance- “The Jolly 6”- in 1913! Complete with the original pencil. Sadly for its original owner, their dance card remained empty.
The Separate School Hall where the dance was held was located on 103rd street, just north of 100th avenue downtown Edmonton.
Do you recognize any of the songs listed here?

Happy International Archives Day! Sometimes, archives look like this…as you pack and move every document, folder, box and collection in the whole place to a new home! This has been a marathon rather than a sprint, but we are closing in on the finish line and are very excited to share our new home with you in the coming months.

Thank you Citadel Theatre, for highlighting this phenomenal person! Rollie Miles and his wife Marianne were beloved individuals in the Edmonton Catholic Schools community and left an indelible mark on the school division, particularly in the area of High School Athletics.

It's the end of an era for St. Anthony's - the Edmonton Catholic School Division is moving out of the old school after more than 120 years in the same spot. They're hoping the next buyers keep its history alive.
