Happy 2024! What a year it has been!

This year has been full of ups and down, and to be honest, I am hear for it all. There is a great quote that says,

"Never regret a day in your life. Good days give happiness, bad days give experience, worst days give lessons, best days give memories."

This past year I suffered great loss, was pushed to my limits, and felt a level of tired I have never experienced before. But I also endured and got to see just how RESILIENT I am. I realized just how STRONG I am.

I can look back on this year and say "I just survived," (it sure felt like this at times), but if I reflect I see that I also THRIVED. I experienced deep CONNECTION to my husband, daughters, sister and her family. I honoured my parents in a way I believe they would be proud. I felt the love of my COMMUNITY of friends and family and let them show up for me. I experienced GROWTH in my business despite taking time off to grieve and be present. There were so many LAUGHS and tears and hugs.

I am not making any resolutions for 2024, because I know I can handle anything that comes my way. I will keep being KIND, work hard, be gentle on myself, love deeply, feel, laugh, and live a life that I feel proud of.

I wish you a gentle start to 2024 and a year full of LOVE and connection.
