Through scooping, straining, and matching numbers 1–10, children demonstrated emerging numeracy, problem-solving, and coordination while actively constructing knowledge through play (FLIGHT).

At the park, the children’s curiosity was sparked by a large snowball, leading them to experiment with sidewalk chalk, which created paint-like effects on the snow, encouraging sensory exploration, creativity, and outdoor learning.

The children engaged in a creative and exploratory activity at the light table, using gems, pebbles, and snowflakes to fill and arrange within the Magformer snowflake, fostering fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and artistic expression while exploring patterns and symmetry.

Children engaged in making and decorating snowcakes with loose materials and colored squeeze water, fostering creativity, sensory exploration, and collaboration, while building a sense of belonging and joy through shared experiences in their environment.
