Specializing in: Construction - Electrical – Mechanical – Engineering – Manufacturing. Construction – New construction and

remodeling existing buildings to improve appearance and income. Electrical – Since 1967 we have been providing electrical services to our clients. Under this division we provide specialty system design and installations which includes electronic and building mechanical systems. Also included are fire and security control systems, sound, public address, intercom, apartment entry, nurse call, RF and MA television distribution, closed circuit video surveillance, card access, and Mechanical systems within buildings such as HVAC. Mechanical – Providing full service in Mechanical including Plumbing and Heating. Engineering – Though our subsidiary "Harding Instruments" www.harding-tech.com we have developed and manufactured advanced electronic systems and devices for the worldwide market. Our digital intercom systems are employed in prisons and high security facilities across North America. Examples of other products in our line include Echelon LonWorks devices, oil and gas measurement devices, heavy equipment control devices, telecommunication devices and fire control systems. Manufacturing - ISO 9001 Facility and have manufactured products sold worldwide. Real estate - Holdings of Commercial, Industrial and Multi Residential properties.

In Loving Memory of Pat Reginald Roberts

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Pat Reginald Roberts.

Pat served as the Electrical and Mechanical Department Director for Karlengroup for many years, until his well-earned retirement. During his time with us, he was instrumental in creating the structure and foundation that allowed our business to grow into what it is today. Without his early vision, leadership, and dedication, our success would not have been possible.

Pat brought with him a wealth of experience from his time at Tyco, where we had previously worked together in management. His work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence left a lasting impression on evervone who had the privilege of working with him.

Though retired, Pat's influence continues to resonate throughout our organization. His contributions will never be forgotten, and his legacy lives on in the values and standards we uphold today.

We mourn the loss of a truly wonderful man.

Pat will be dearly missed by all of us.
