What are your habits...
Habits (good or bad) form who we are and how we appear to others.
It can be in the form of underachieving at work for fear of a promotion and more responsibility. Or maybe you wake up early and exercise.
It is a good practice to honestly evaluate these habits from time to time and ask ourselves WHY we do these things..
Are we benefitting from them? Or are they holding us back in our personal, physical and professional lives?
I know from being honest with myself, that I should replace some habits with others.

The 95 vs the 5%!!
95% of the population will never experience personal happiness in their life in terms of what their dreams were or are.
I challenge you to look around at other people at work or else where and honestly ask yourself if you are doing what they are. If you are, you may want to change a few things to not end up in that 95% group of regrets.
Fortunately, there is one easy thing (or not so easy for some)you can do that can make a MASSIVE shift in your life!!
Start by waking up 1 hour early and work on yourself. I suggest doing some of the things you feel are important but rarely do because life gets in the way. Exercise, yoga, read a book etc...
This sets your day off to be productive throughout, and I promise you will feel great and possibly start waking up even earlier.
On top of everything, you won't have excuses for yourself for NOT doing the things you should've.

What are your goals for this year?
Goals are super important ways to achieve great things in your life. I write my goals down everyday in the present or past tense, as if I already achieved them.
Make your goals BIG and Small!!
While some of your goals may not come right away. The seeds you plant everyday allow you move closer to them.
It's important to achieve goals regularly to keep your dreams alive. By achieving smaller goals, you body releases dopamine giving you more a craving to achieve other goals.

Is your ego getting in the way of your success?
Your ego is a very powerful talking point in your mind. It always wants to keep you safe and resists change whenever possible.
Have you ever found yourself wanting change in your life with maybe starting your own business or asking for a raise... and that little voice in the background is saying "I can't do that" or "I'm not good enough yet"? That's your ego resisting change.
It is vital for your success in life to recognize it when you hear it and shut it down immediately. It will never help you get ahead in life.

Did you know that there are only roughly 4000 Financial Advisers in Canada? These are trained individuals that have the expertise in this matter.

However, there are a whole slew of other people that call themselves Financial Advisors that actually have little to no training what so ever. These are mostly the people you experience at a bank.

Together, we have a blended family of 7 children - 6 fine sons and one spirited daughter - plus a fur baby named Casey!
Having a blended family is extremely difficult in itself. Add the financial burden of having half your paycheck go to support your children while they are not with you or not getting any support at all for the costs of raising children on your own can be devastating. We know first hand.
We sat down one day and decided - we were not going to sit back and let other people and court systems define what we were going to be. We were going to make the best out of a really bad situation. We decided that we needed to take control of our own journey through this life.
We only live once, right?? So we decided to go after dreams we always had but hadn't realized yet. And role model to our children.. that even "Old People' can turn their lives into anything you decide it to be.
The only limits in your life are the limits you have created for yourself.

Top 5 Things to look for in a successful MLM group.

Most people fail in multi-level marketing in a short amount of time due to not looking at the big picture. Here are some tips to help you identify the better from, the worse.

1- Product. You absolutely need a product that you can actually sell to a large amount of the population. And that YOU can even stand behind and use.
2- Reputation. MLM's typically get a bad wrap no matter what. If you can find an MLM company that has managed to get relatively good reviews from its members and consumers over a long period of time. You may have a winner.
3. Training. Does the company offer training and resources? Or do they leave you to fend for yourself? You will definitely need training and resources at one time or another. Make sure the company offers these to give the best possible chance of success.
4. Compensation plan. A good compensation plan will allow you to earn money through BOTH the RETAIL portion and the RECRUITMENT. Anything above 20 percent markup is fair for the retail portion. There are many different options for recruitment plans that are more to taste and opinion than anything else. Pick one that suits your personality best.
5. Company financials. Do you have access to study the company's financials before joining? Having this information can help a lot in making the decision to join.
- Does the company have strong financial backing?
- Is there money put away for future growth?
- Is the company debt-free?
- Is the company a publicly traded corporation?

Many network marketing companies offer unrealistic promises and returns. The fact remains that it is very rare to get wealthy in these companies. However, a good side income can be made with some determination and effort.
