Our small all girls junior high program fosters a close-knit community where our students feel heard, supported and understood. Whether it is Physical Education, French Class or Options, without the pressure of a co-ed setting, our students develop greater self-esteem and are more likely to take risks and express themselves.

The Nellie McClung program was founded almost 30 years ago as an alternative junior high program for girls. The program has changed over the years, however, we continue to offer all girls programming in a safe and caring environment. Heh Nellies! It’s Family Dance time again. We know you love to join students in K-9 for a fun evening of good music and yum snacks. Thank you to our School Council for hosting.

Nellie McClung students will join our elementary students on November 7, 2024 at 10:35am in the gym for our Remembrance Day Ceremony. We invite families to join. Please enter through 117st entrance.

Our Grade 9 Nellie McClung students headed off to the Alberta Legislature Building for a full day of off-site learning. The tour is aligned to provincial educational curricula and the students enjoyed the learning experience. Shout out to Mrs Armas for setting up this invaluable learning.
