The best time to learn an instrument is now. And it can be so much fun as an adult.

Today we remember all those men, women, and animals that fought, died, and continue to serve for our country! Not all of them chose to fight, and some did. Some paid the ultimate sacrifice so that the rest of us didn’t have to. It is because of them that we are so privileged to live in this great country!

From the bottom of my heart I thank each and everyone of you.

Special note for the animals that have served. ❤️

Look at this dork!! Must have been between 10-12. Shortly after this I decided to stop taking music lessons. It was the worst decision of my life.

With the internet today, it is so easy to find lessons and tips online… but nothing will ever compare to an in person teacher.

I want to support you and help you grow. If you are local (Edmonton/Alberta/Canada) and own a small business, please DM me with some info so I can give you a shoutout.

You can make and sell art/food/clothing/grooming supplies/jewelry/music/etc.

Let’s all work on supporting each other.

Pro Tip #1
Set goals. This helps you decide where you want to go. You can start broad and work to specific to help really define a strategy.

I recommend making your goals visual using some sort of board. You can use pictures/photos, make a list, a diagram…any thing really. The goal (see what I did there?) is having the visual to remind you as often as possible.

Don’t forget… goals take time and a lot of hard work, and you will experience some hurdles along the way, but when you reach them… it will feel amazing.

Let me know in the comments what some of your goals are and how you are planning on accomplishing them.

And before I forget… if your goal is to learn guitar… I might know someone who can help 😝cough cough
