At Kids Club, when it comes to documenting children’s play, any moment is the moment to choose. As we have learnt in the booklet, “Flight: Alberta’s early Learning and care framework,” children are always learning. They learn while they are playing. Play is very important in early childhood programs. Play helps children learn, use their imaginations, have their own experiences to create their own stories. Play offers opportunities for growth and learning. When watching, participating, seeking, playing, persisting and caring, we can then see the child as their true self through their play. While watching and recording children playing, we are learning stories.

Kids Club is hiring! We are looking for a level 2 or 3 educator, to work in the out of school care and be a driver in our daycare vans. Looking for someone to work 11am-4:30pm Monday to Friday! Send me a message if you are interested.

We offer 3 nutritious meals a day, breakfast, hot lunch and afternoon snack. We also send out daily emails to parents with pictures and videos of your child/children and how their day is going. We have amazing, educated staff! Lots of outside play and tons of activities and learning centres.
