Today we were at the Ares Vengeance tournament. We had Thai boxers young and old participating. Our team came away with 3 golds, 3 silver, and one bronze. Thank you to all the students who bravely represented our community!

Today I was promoted to third degree by Professor Rodrigo Resende. Its an honor to accept this promotion from him. He is the one that gave me my black belt and my first two degrees. It has been a long time since we both shared a mat and I am greatful to reconnect with him. Thank you to my wife and son who came out and got to hand me my certificate! Thank you to my students and friends that came to class and got to experience this with me! Thank you Professor Rodrigo, I know you have and will always be in my corner!
