Kazoku BJJ

10/02/2026

No Jiujitsu class tomorrow, Saturday October 3rd. We are at the True North tournament for the day. Muay classes are running on schedule.

09/30/2026

We are closed in recognition of Truth and Reconciliation day.
Today, we remember and honour the survivors and generations who continue to carry the weight of the residential school systems. There are no words that can undo this pain that no family should have ever gone through. While we can't change the past, we can choose what we do with this lesson. I hope that someday we can come together with understanding, compassion, and forgiveness without ever forgetting, and work towards making Canada the country we all know it can become.

Thank you Professor Rob for hosting us! If you saw our last post you would know we had no adult class today. It's because we were rolling at Leduc Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Prof Rob shared some knowledge with the Williams guard and we got a good 40 minutes of free roll. I wish I would have taken more video but I was having too much fun. You got to live in the moment yo!
