He came in looking to fix is posture, reduce low back pain and increase strength.
He got all that and then some. And we still have a long ways to go 💪🏽

Start switching your mind set into finding more reason to train than looking for excuses not to. Its easy to say I’m busy, I’m tired, No time, and the list goes on. Finding your reason, means you are telling yourself I get to feel better than I did yesterday!
What I like to do and what I tell my clients is that when you don’t feel motivated to train, begin by asking yourself why did you start in the first place or why should you start now?
