Some inspiring provocations for our preschoolers🤩

Our little learners have been busy investigating, experimenting, and having fun through hands-on provocations this week!

At our “Explore and Compare Weights” station, children are using balance scales to discover which objects are heavier or lighter which helps in building early math and science skills through play. Buttons, pom-poms, cubes, and cotton balls have sparked wonderful conversations about size, texture, and weight!

At the “Catch the Shooting Stars” sensory table, children are diving into a galaxy of stars, beans, and colorful tools to practice counting, fine motor skills, and imaginative play.

We love watching our curious children explore, problem-solve, and make discoveries every day!

Our little learners created their own Poppy Gardens as we took time to talk about kindness, peace, and remembering those who served.

Through hands-on play and creativity, we honoured Remembrance Day in a way that helps children understand the importance of gratitude and remembrance. ❤️

Today, we pause to remember.

Using clothespins and buckets, children searched through spooky black rice to find colorful spiders, wiggly eyeballs, and other Halloween treasures. 👀🕷️
This activity helps develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and sensory exploration!

With colorful leaves, pinecones, and lots of textures to touch and explore, sensory play helps children develop fine motor skills, spark curiosity, and use their imaginations — all while having tons of fun! 💛

Last Friday was Professional Development Day for our educators! This special time allows our team to learn new strategies, explore fresh ideas, and strengthen the skills that make our classrooms engaging and nurturing. The biggest winners? Your little ones — who benefit every day from inspired, knowledgeable educators!

Celebrating Diwali at our Program 🪔The children loved learning about the Festival of Lights which is celebrated across the world. The vibrant colors, lights, stories and details of how the festival is celebrated along with Diya’s, Rangoli and much more was the highlight of their week!
