Reminder that school starts next week, please be extra careful in school zones, drive the speed limit, be careful around crosswalks and only park in designated parking areas.

A new school year is coming in hot, so let’s all slow our roll! 🚸🚗

Starting next week, sidewalks and streets will be filled with students heading to and from school. Please slow down in playground zones and stay alert around crosswalks.

Let’s work together to keep everyone safe this school year.

Today we close the chapter on another school year, filled with growth, laughter, and unforgettable moments. While we celebrate all that has been accomplished, we also say a heartfelt goodbye to someone who has meant so much to our school community.

After 13 incredible years at Abbott School, we are wishing Mrs. Whitrow all the very best as she begins a new journey at a new school. Her dedication, kindness, and unwavering support for students and staff have left a lasting impact that will not be forgotten. She has helped shape countless young lives, and her presence will be deeply missed in our hallways.
As a special tribute, a talented local Grade 12 student created a beautiful painting of the school as a gift for Mrs. Whitrow—a meaningful reminder of the place and community she has given so much to over the years.

Thank you, Mrs. Whitrow, for everything. Wishing you continued success, happiness, and inspiration in this next chapter. Once an Abbott Hero, always an Abbott Hero 💙
