Give and Get Sweaty is a fundraiser that raises money and awareness for local causes.
We run workouts paid by donation with 100% of the proceeds going to a different organization each month!

We are so happy to announce June’s cause of the month - Pride Centre of Edmonton
They do the amazing work of providing supports and services to enrich the lives of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Edmonton 💜
This month we are switching things up a little and offering FREE WORKOUTS TWICE A WEEK! We still encourage everyone to donate and support the Pride centre of Edmonton for pride month, but have created more events throughout the week to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules.
