Volunteering is good for the soul.
On the weekend, I served as a Keynote Assistant at the Balance Indigenous Health & Wellness Expo, https://www.balanceexpo.ca. I believe I contributed to their mission of helping all people find balance. I snapped a few pics of speakers and performers on Saturday, highlighting Sheena T. Kaine, Fawn Wood, and Tony Tootoosis.
