Last Saturday, our Heroes team came together for an Instructor & Master Workshop focused on one important question:
How can we teach better?
We spent the day discussing teaching methods, class structure, communication, and how to help each student learn and grow more effectively.
Being a great Taekwondo instructor is more than knowing Taekwondo.
It’s knowing how to teach it.
We’re committed to continuing to learn, improve, and create a better experience for every Heroes student. 💪🥋

We’re excited to announce that our Heroes Taekwondo Demo Team will be performing TWICE this Saturday at Hawrelak Park! 🎉
🕑 1st Performance: 2:00 PM
🕕 2nd Performance: 6:00 PM
📍 Hawrelak Park – Korea Pavilion #32
That means you have two chances to come out and cheer on our Heroes! 💙🥋
Our students have been working incredibly hard to prepare for these performances, and we would love to see our Heroes families there to support them!

A belt test is not just about earning a new belt. It is a special opportunity to show the effort, discipline, confidence, and Taekwondo spirit that students have developed through their training.

🥋 Black Belt Testing 2026 🥋
Last Saturday, our Black Belt candidates faced one of the biggest challenges of their Taekwondo journey.
There were tears, frustration, and moments when some students wanted to give up. Breaking boards wasn’t easy. It took courage, confidence, and perseverance to keep trying when things didn’t go as planned.
But that’s what being a Black Belt is all about.
A Black Belt is not someone who never struggles. A Black Belt is someone who keeps going despite the struggle.
We were incredibly proud to watch our students push through their fears, overcome obstacles, and demonstrate the true spirit of Taekwondo.
We are thrilled to announce that all of our candidates successfully passed their Black Belt Testing! 🎉🥋
Congratulations to each and every one of you. Your strength was not measured by the boards you broke, but by the determination you showed when things became difficult.
Students will receive their Black Belts this Saturday. We look forward to celebrating this special milestone with all of our new Black Belts and their families.
