There is an unfortunate disparity in frequency of good CPR between men and women victims.
It's important to recognize that if you do not perform CPR on someone who needs it, they will die.
That is worse fate then having a hurt chest, much worse.

Sanctuary Much Medical Training is set and ready to go and serve our Arrow Lake Reservoir areas, specifically from Edgewood to surrounding Nakusp area for mobile first aid courses. Welcome to our page! This is the beginning of something bigger in our area of the West Kootenays. We are just starting and are excited to begin assisting with training from Edgewood up to Nakusp; and further if the community need is present. We will not be offering courses until our application is completed for our Training Partner Agreement with the Red Cross but to keep up to date with our progress feel free to follow and observe what we get up to!
