At Aurora Nova home daycare, we believe in supporting the process of holistic growth and learning in children from very young. We provide a place where they will be seen, cared for, and appreciated for their individual uniqueness.

The environment is comfortable, safe and rich in variety. A place for children to learn while being encouraged to imagine and create from their excellence and magic and to share in a collective growing process with a close group of peers.

Daycare Enrollees: Preschoolers and kindergarteners will be supported through a combination of academic learning, and child led, play-based activities. All activities will be rooted in holistic learning principles (such as Montessori and Reggio Emilio) to nurture the child’s self-esteem, growth and overall wellbeing.

Activities will vary seasonally and will include a variety of supervised visits to places such as local parks, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, community playcentres and libraries, among others. Activities will include, but are not limited to, arts and crafts, music, movement games, cooking and baking as well as French lessons. Screen time (T.V.) will be periodically used for viewing curated programs and educational materials that support the learning outcomes for the children.

After School Childcare: Transportation from school (T.T.C or on foot). Activities/games including free play shall be routinely provided. Snack add-on option available at an additional cost.
