"Raise the Roof to Grow the Future" a fundraiser for the Yuill School of Agriculture, was a night to remember. Beautiful ambiance, lovely refreshments, excellent entertainment, and a delicious meal gave way to an audience filled with excitement and generosity, who came ready to support a movement. This school promises to cultivate the future generations of agriculture leaders. As the YY- branding irons were passed from our founder, Mr. Bill Yuill, to Dr. Reagan Weeks, Superintendent of Prairie Rose Public Schools, we were reminded that our industry is rooted in customs, traditions and the importance of building a legacy that will serve future generations.

We are pleased to share, that together, since June / 2026, our community has invested an incredible $930,890.00 in the Yuill School of Agriculture. This total consists of naming rights sold within the school, the live and silent auction, miscellaneous donations from community members, event sponsors, and ticket sales.

We are in awe of our amazing community and will celebrate with you again, a year from now, when we open the doors to the Yuill School of Agriculture!

Oh, what a night!

The Raise the Roof on the Yuill School of Agriculture Gala showcased the unbelievable generosity of the Yuill Foundation and families and businesses in the agriculture industry.

We are so grateful.

School and division staff, students, volunteers and local businesses put on a spectacular event. More details about the event and total raised will be posted soon but here is a sneak peak of the evening.

Prairie Rose School Division is thrilled to announce a new industry partnership with Landing Zones Canada Inc., expanding opportunities for Prairie Rose students through hands-on learning, industry mentorship, and career pathways in advanced manufacturing and aerospace.

This news follows nine students from Akram Jomaa winning an international autonomous-vehicle competition at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Beaver Works Summer Institute, the first Canadian team to claim the title.

Nine Prairie Rose Public Schools students have earned international recognition after capturing first place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Beaver Works Summer Institute.

Competing in the internationally recognized RACECAR program, the team recorded the fastest overall time and was named the International Team Winner, outperforming teams from around the world.

Congratulations to the students from Akram Jomaa School and their teacher leaders on this incredible achievement!
