We will be at the Cowichan Sportsplex, under the gazebo, next to the exercise equipment from 9 - 11.

Families may have noticed the beautiful gardens surrounding Wendy House, our beloved play centre named in honour of Wendy Erickson (MacDowell) our school district’s first Early Learning Coordinator. For many years, Wendy’s family — and especially her brother Mark — lovingly cared for these gardens as a way to honour Wendy’s legacy and deep commitment to children and early learning.
Sadly, Mark recently passed away. In his memory, his brother Robert has now taken on the care of the gardens, continuing this meaningful act of love and remembrance. A new plaque has also been placed in the garden to honour both Wendy and Mark, whose care and dedication have helped make Wendy House such a beautiful special place surrounded by love and flowers for children and families.💕🌸
We are deeply grateful to the MacDowell family for the care, beauty, and heart they continue to share with our community. ❤️

We went to visit the Farm One Day by Jane Chapman.
