So have been funneling my energies into other things and haven't been on here (obviously) Now have upgraded my yoga coursework , almost completed the reno (indoors anyways) and got to the bottom of some muscle pain issues I have been having.

OHMworks will be back within the year though - for now I plan to 'up' the yoga teaching and get back to tuturing (math to girls especially) so still self esteem related really...
