On Saturday, March 14th both our boys and girls teams won GOLD at the Marie-Rivier basketball tournament. 🏅

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Friday, March 20th!
Due to the short week last week, you have an extra week to return forms for orders.

Fundraiser 2025–2026
The chocolates are back! Your children received the order form this week. Please return it by this Friday, March 13th. All funds raised will go directly toward class activities at the end of the school year. Chocolates will be sent home on March 25th.

We hope many of you will participate!

The Eastern Townships School Board is on Freezing Rain Watch and will announce its decision early tomorrow morning regarding whether it will close all schools, centres and daycare facilities and suspend school transportation.

At the end of February, D.E.S. students enjoyed the snow! K4 students welcomed parents to our playground for a winter play morning, while older children had fun tubing at Exteria

Last week, cycle 3 students enjoyed a wonderful trip to CEGEP de Drummondville to see talented chalk artist Francois Bergeron perform L’arbre du village. His heartfelt storytelling and incredible chalk art truly brought the performance to life.

Ms. Ataalla’s class won a contest to attend and generously invited Cycle 3 to join them for this amazing experience!

Last week, we had so much fun celebrating Career Day at our school! We were lucky to welcome 19 amazing volunteers who generously shared their work and experiences with our students.

The range of careers represented was incredible. Whether students were interested in public service, health and wellness, entrepreneurship, or the world of business, there was something for everyone to discover.

It was a powerful way to show our students that there isn’t just one path to success.

A HUGE thank you to all of our volunteers for inspiring our students and helping them imagine what’s possible!
