Canada Kinetic Intelligent Inc., founded in November 2016 in PEI, is the registered Incorporated of Canada Federal, including KZ Skating School, KZ learning school, and cultural exchange (overseas students/summer camp).
KZ learning school is devoted to providing international and personalized tutoring through grade 5 - 12 in a variety of subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, French and Spanish. Our term-round program provides consistency and flexibility ways of teaching and learning, you can work with online accounts and systems or face to face. Our students are divided into classes and designated study plans according to the results of the placement tests.
Who We’re Looking for:
We are currently looking for experienced Tutors/ Teachers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our diverse and international team. Our tutors are enthusiastic about education, engaging and committed to helping students succeed.
Responsibility:
1. Understand the needs of students and customize your courses for achieving their learning goals
2. Prepare necessary course materials to help your student learn related subjects effectively
3. Conduct the lesson face-to-face or online via video conference tools (Zoom)
4. Conduct pedagogical assessments and progress evaluation, provide written reports at the end of the term, and discuss the results with with student(s) and parent(s)
5. Create an engaging learning environment, and enhance student confidence and interest in learning
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and above in Mathematics, English, French, Spanish or Science (Biology/Chemistry/Physics)
2. Relevant teaching certificate (such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, ESL, etc.) is an advantage
3. 2 + years of teaching experience for the related courses (face-to-face/ online)
4. Experience in teaching AP courses for high school students (Preferred)
5. Familiar with the Nova Scotia education syllabus of the level you plan to teach in (G5-12)
6. 1-3 letters of recommendation (no limit to employer, parent or student)
Location: Bedford area in NS; remote

Schedule:
Summer Season:
9:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
September- June:
4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday
10:00am – 3:00pm Saturday
