The Pearson Educational Foundation is hiring a part-time bilingual Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. Note that this is a hybrid role.
20-25 hours weekly.
Salary: $24/hour.
Location: Lachine (5050 Rue Sherbrooke, Lachine)
Duties include bookkeeping, fundraising management and grant administration, office administrative tasks and customer service. You must be bilingual(oral & written); have a background in accounting and have experience with MS Office suite especially Excel, Word. Familiarity with charitable platforms like Canada Helps, Benevity, Paypal is an asset as well as some knowledge of Adobe Pro & desktop publishing software.

Location: John Killingbeck Pavillion - 150 Seigniory Ave. Pointe Claire, QC H9R 4R5
Dates: June 30th - August 5th
Sessions: 8 hour blocks evening and overnight, weekdays and weekends.
Evening: 4pm -12am
Overnight: 12am - 8am
