PC AGA 2026-2027
The LBPSB Parents’ Committee AGA will take place at 6:30 pm on Thursday October 8th, 2026, in the boardroom at the LBPSB offices: 1925 Brookdale Avenue, Dorval, Quebec Canada H9P 2Y7
This meeting is for Parent Committee Reps and Alternates, by invitation only. The meeting will be offered as a HYBRID meeting. Please register for the meeting to receive the link, and please RSVP so we can determine the refreshments to order for the in-person component.

• Vice Chair
• Secretary
• Communications Officer
• Treasurer
• Commissioner Representing the Parents Committee (to be chosen from an elected parent commissioner)
Parent Commissioner elections:
• Commissioner Elementary
• Commissioner High School
• Commissioner At Large
LBPSB Committee seats up for election:
• Facilities and Security
• Communications and Marketing (position filled by the PC Communications Officer)
• Intercultural Advisory (3 positions)
• Transportation Advisory
• Program & Services
• Safe & Caring Schools
• Green Committee
External Committee positions to be elected:
• EPCA (English Parents’ Committee Association)
• PEF (Pearson Educational Foundation)
Please note that only the elected Rep from each school can vote. In their absence, the elected Alt will vote for their school.
