I am honoured to be collaborating with the Reflexology Association of California for this upcoming 3-part webinar series:
Craniosacral Reflexology: Awakening the Body’s Conscious Intelligence
Together, we will explore the relationship between the craniosacral system, consciousness, vagal regulation, and the body's innate capacity for healing.
I look forward to sharing this work with practitioners from California and beyond.

What is Craniosacral Reflexology?
Craniosacral reflexology is a unique approach pioneered by Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, combining osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, and reflexology.
It is, in essence, an osteopathic treatment through the feet, working on reflex points to influence and balance the entire body.
This work connects with the craniosacral system — a core system linked to our primary respiration, a subtle rhythmic movement present at the cellular level that supports our vitality and creates life force. The energy we all need to exist.
By working with this system, we help the body reconnect with its natural intelligence, supporting its ability to self-regulate and self-heal.
This is a very gentle, precise touch that reaches deeply — not only physically, but also at the level of consciousness, helping restore balance and reconnect with the “I AM.”
Does this approach to healing resonate with you?

Hello, I’m Ildiko Zambo, craniosacral reflexologist and teacher, and I’d love to share a little about the journey that led me to this work.
My approach to reflexology and craniosacral reflexology was deeply shaped by my studies with Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, the pioneer of Craniosacral Reflexology. I had the privilege of studying under her guidance for nearly a decade, eventually becoming one of her teachers in 2011.
Through these years of study and practice, my understanding of healing continued to evolve. While anatomy and technique are essential, I came to realize that something deeper is also present — a level of consciousness and awareness that allows us to truly listen to the body.
Our bodies have an incredible natural ability to self-regulate and heal. When we learn to listen carefully and work with this intelligence, profound changes can happen.
Teaching has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work. Through the Academy of Craniosacral Reflexology Quebec, my intention is to share this knowledge and help students develop both the technical skills and the deeper awareness needed to support others on their healing journey.
Over the years, many students and practitioners have explored this work through trainings offered in Canada and Europe, and it is always inspiring to witness how this work continues to grow through them.
I look forward to sharing more of this journey with you here.

Welcome to the Academy of Craniosacral Reflexology Quebec
Hello, I’m Ildiko Zambo, reflexologist and teacher, and I’m happy to welcome you to the Academy of Craniosacral Reflexology Quebec.
For many years, I have been teaching and practicing reflexology and craniosacral reflexology, sharing an approach that blends anatomical knowledge, hands-on techniques, and a deeper awareness of consciousness. Through this work, practitioners learn to listen to the body intuitively and support its natural healing processes.
My work was deeply influenced by my studies with Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, pioneer of Craniosacral Reflexology, and has continued to evolve with a stronger focus on consciousness and intuitive listening to the body.
Over the years, many students and practitioners have explored this work through trainings offered in Canada and Europe.
Our courses are offered in English and French in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, and are designed for those beginning their journey into reflexology as well as practitioners wishing to deepen their practice.
