We would like to promote businesses who make a contribution back to the community. Fundamentally this is a driving factor of why we would add a business. There will be limit on how many companies are from the same industry.

With the COVID-19 virus, we've seen a tremendous amount of volatility in global markets. Currently the S&P 500 (U.S.) Index is sitting around levels of one year ago.

Dealing with our emotions during periods of volatility one aspect that we all have some control over. Here are few ways to deal with emotional investing:

1) Stop checking your investment account every hour/day/week.

2) Avoid watching media coverage of the markets. Media sells based on sensationalism and often objectivity is lost.

3) Contact your advisor if they haven't reached out already and review your financial plan to make sure you are still on track to achieve your goals.

4) Don't make any rash decisions, whether buying or selling.

5) Look for opportunities the markets may present.
