We all know that life can seem complicated at times. Through my own ups and downs, I have learned that the best way to live a healthy, happy, and successful life is through simplicity and authenticity.

Being healthy in body, mind and spirit is the result of what we do, say and think. I believe our focus, our goals in health, should be in preventing illness and prolonging life. To be able to move freely, live actively and without pain.

I have been teaching movement since 2005. During those years I have studied, certified and taught a few things : NB Group Fitness Instructor, Bellyfit®️, Latinva®️ Fitness, and what I find to be the most in-dept training in movement and anatomy that I have taken, and benefited most from, Hadia's International Belly Dance Academy and ESSENTRICS® Academy Teacher Training.

My aim is to uplift and inspire others to live a healthy, happy and successful life through authenticity and simplicity. To help people experience what it feels like to be healthy and happy in their bodies.
