Through art & crafts, gardening & free play & special activities your child will grow his/her self-esteem, learn and grow as a tiny human with a big heart. I created these Policies & Procedures to help us have a greater understanding between us in regards to my childcare philosophies, business policies, and expectations. Please read this carefully and feel free to discuss with me any questions that you may have. My childcare philosophy and goal as a child care provider is to provide a safe and happy place for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially at their own pace. I believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Activities are fundamental for sensory motor development, language development & social interaction. Children will be taught to respect themselves, each other, adults and property. When I accept a new family into my care, I like to be sure that we can share openly any concerns or questions that may arise. It is important that there is a similar childcare philosophy between us. I welcome questions, feedback, or discussions of any kind that are oriented towards a positive outcome for all of the children. Sensitive issues will be discussed in private and outside of regular childcare hours, either by telephone or in person. You are encouraged to call me at any time between the hours of 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. I am looking forward to a terrific relationship with you and your family!
