🌟 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆! 🌟 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹 has joined us this year as our Family School Liaison Worker!
Our FSLW supports students’ mental wellness through school-wide activities, as well as more focused one-to-one and small-group support. Ms. Chantel also works closely with staff and families to share resources and help connect families with community services and supports.
Fun fact about Ms. Chantel 😊: She loves hiking, yoga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and spending time working in her yard! 🌿
We’re so happy to have her as part of our Robina Baker team! 🦖

We were thrilled to welcome Brianna and Ethan to Robina Baker Elementary School, where they shared the gift of music and Indigenous culture through lively Métis fiddling. Their energy and knowledge brought so much joy, learning, and fun to our students and staff to kick off the new school year.

Get ready, Raptors! Tomorrow is officially the first day of the 2026–2027 school year at Robina Baker Elementary School for Grades 1–4! 🎒✨

We can't wait to see all of your smiling faces back in the classrooms. Here is a quick reminder of the key details to help your morning go smoothly:

First Day Details (Grades 1–4):

First Day: Thursday, August 27, 2026

Morning Supervision: Outside supervision begins at 8:20 AM. Please avoid arriving earlier.

Warning Bell: 8:25 AM

Instruction Starts: 8:35 AM

Dismissal: 3:00 PM

Arrival: All students enter through the front doors on Day 1—staff will be on hand to guide everyone to their classrooms!

Kindergarten & EIPK Families:

Kindergarten: Staggered entry begins tomorrow (Aug 27 & 28). Check your teacher's message for your child's specific entry time!

EIPK: Mrs. Gerard will reach out directly regarding your orientation details.

Don't forget to report any first-day absences via SafeArrival.
