Before age three, children build the foundations for future writing through activities that strengthen fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and early pre-writing movements such as lines, circles, and patterns.

In this post, we're sharing five simple activities that help support these important developmental milestones. Through guided exploration and hands-on learning, children develop the strength, control, and confidence that prepare them for handwriting in the years ahead.

April was an exciting month filled with field trips for our 3-5 classes!
JK2 classes visited Canadian Tire to enhance their learning for the STEM theme of the month. They learned about farming and gardening tools and materials 🌱
JK3 walked to Staples to recycle dried markers as part of their Earth Day activity 🌎
