UAPICBC — New Apprenticeship Pathway

Have you started your career as a metal fabricator but still need to register for school? UAPICBC is excited to offer a new pathway for your apprenticeship — we now offer Level 1-4 schooling to complete your trade.

UAPICBC will be closed Friday, July 31st through Monday, August 3rd, as we observe a union 4-day long weekend.

We will reopen Tuesday morning, August 4th, at 8:30 AM for inquiries about upcoming classes. Please note our shop, classes, and welding booths will remain closed until August 12th.

Sparks were flying in Smithers this week at Mind Over Metal Camp! 🔥 Our campers got hands-on experience trying out welding for the very first time, building confidence (and some pretty cool skills) along the way.
Huge thanks to all the volunteer leaders who showed up to guide, teach, and cheer these kids on — this camp doesn't happen without you.
