We're hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician Instructor at our Dawson Creek campus.

You'd be teaching in the Dawson Creek Aerospace Centre, a 2,230 square metre hangar with 15 aircraft for students to work on.

If you're a licensed AME with industry experience, this is your chance to train the next generation of aviation maintenance professionals in Northern BC.

We were so pleased to welcome Pari Johnston, president and CEO of Colleges and Institutes Canada / Collèges et instituts Canada(CICAN), to our Dawson Creek Campus on August 12.

Pari gave a presentation to our Board of Governors about the work CICAN is doing on a federal level to support colleges and training institutions. Afterwards, we took her on a tour of the Cultural Arbour construction site, the aircraft maintenance hangar, and the Trades Training Centre.

Record jackpots, local partnerships, and giving back to the Peace Region! 🤠🎉

The NLC Foundation had its best year ever at the Dawson Creek Exhibition & Stampede, raising $174,425 through our 50/50 draws and Mega Lottery.

To top it off, our "Scrubs & Scholarships" team took bronze in the Dawson Co-operative Union Race Against Hunger, helping donate food and $1,500 to local food banks. A special thank you to Longhorn Oilfield Services and Ovintiv for their generous support! 💙

None of this happens without this incredible community showing up. Thank you! 💙

Emma and Kyrsten just spent 3 weeks in Japan!! 🇯🇵✨

Thanks to our partnership with Jumonji University, these two got to experience Japanese language and culture firsthand and honestly the highlights speak for themselves. What a trip! 💙
