It’s been a while since we posted some pictures- here are a few from our current ongoing ground defense program- some knife defense on the ground, some rolling off the mats in street clothes (it’s definitely less comfortable! Breakfalls are not that fun off the mats either! ), and some general training pictures from the session.

While the ground isn’t our goal in most circumstances, we think it’s definitely important to have some basic skills if you end up there!

It has been a while since we shared some photos - always too busy teaching to take them (or then take them and forget to post them!) . Here are some highlights from the two programs we are running right now - Dirty Boxing in our experienced students class, and SD 101, our entry level program.
