10 months of studying, field trips, practicing on stuffies and real animals, and tackling tests and exams. πŸ€“ There is just one last hurdle before graduation. You guessed it... internships! 🀩

Our Veterinary Assistant students are almost finished of their four and a half week internships, gaining real work experience and knowledge. πŸ“š

Students can do their internships at an approved facility of their choice like veterinary hospitals or doggie daycares. Some even joined our teams at Tartan Tails Veterinary Hospital and Nova Scotia SPCA - Dartmouth Shelter. How exciting is that?!🐾
