Working the booth is a fundraiser for our daycare operational grant. It helps us buy supplies, equipment and pay our staff

Hello Daycare Families,

We have been given a great fundraising opportunity and are looking for volunteers to help!

The daycare has been asked to work the food booth at the Clearwater 150th Celebration on Saturday August 15th, 2026. The majority of the proceeds earned from working the booth will go directly toward supporting our daycare, making this a wonderful opportunity to raise funds for our children.

The food booth will be open from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., and we are looking for approximately 4-5 volunteers per shift to help with cooking and serving food. Many hands make light work, the more people that sign up the shorter the shifts are able to be.
If you are available to volunteer, I will be sending out a google doc for you to sign up or if it is easier please feel free to message me and let me know when you would be available to work a shift! You can contact me via email [email protected] or text (204) 245-0313.

We are inviting you to join us for a fun evening as we celebrate Kylie & Kahlila’s educational accomplishments and thank Jessy for all the years she has dedicated to our daycare.

We have reserved a campsite ( #7) at the Crystal City Park on Friday, June 19.

Starting at 6:30 pm, we will have:

• 🥙Potluck-style supper & snacks
• 🍾Open hard liquor bar
• 🛝Children can enjoy the playground
• 🔥Bonfire

Everyone is welcome! We hope to see you there for a fun evening celebrating together.

Please bring your own lawn chair!

Due to the weather last week, we had to postpone our spring work bee. It has now been rescheduled to Thursday, May 28th at 6:00pm. We would love any help families are able to provide!

Tasks will include:
• Raking playground and grassy areas around parking lot
• Cleaning up leaves and branches
• Washing windows
• Sweeping paths
• Loosening the sandbox
• General outdoor clean up

Please bring along any rakes, shovels, gloves, or other helpful tools if you have them.

Children are absolutely encouraged to come help get our outdoor spaces cleaned up!

With many hands this should be a quick job! We hope to see you there.
