TARTS AND TARTLETS

This pastry course explores the art of preparing elegant tarts and tartlets, including both crisp &
buttery shells and laminated pastry. Participants will master the techniques behind these versatile pastries while creating refined fillings, such as silky curds and pastry creams. Through three hands-on projects, students will develop the skills to produce beautifully finished tarts and tartlets, gaining confidence in crafting a variety of pastry shells, balancing flavours and textures, and achieving elevated results.
