Hello Crawford Bay community! Are you musically inclined and love kids? We are looking to hire potentially two elementary music positions at our school. No teaching certificate required!

Our K/1 classroom is interested in choir singing and the 2/3/4's and 4/5/6's are interested in learning a musical instrument. If you are at all interested in learning more about this opportunity please contact the principal, Sarah Wick at 250-227-9218

I'm excited to say we have a totally new fundraiser for Crawford Bay School. TruEarth has eco-laundry strips, cleaning strips, dryer balls, reusable straws, bio-degradable sponges and more. Take a look! You can order with our link: https://fundraising.tru.earth/crawfordbayschool

Our school gets a whopping 20% of sales and all orders get free shipping directly to you. These funds will help subsidize classroom activities and projects throughout the 2022-23 school year.

As always, thank you for the support!

The Osprey Virtual Gallery would like to invite you to our initial showing for twelve up and coming young artists. Pour yourself a glass of wine, or perhaps a cappucino as you amble through the show. Please let the artists know what you think. Some original pieces may be a available for purchase upon request. Prints are also available as well. Enjoy!

Math brainteaser of the day. Anyone have an answer?
If six mercenaries can slay six orcs in six minutes, how many warriors would it take to slay 100 orcs in 50 minutes?

More applied engineering tasks. "What is the maximum span bridge you can build using Kiva blocks?
-"How much weight can it hold mid-span before failure"
-what influences do tension and compression have? (How can gravity help rather than destroy?)
