Yes, I swept the laundromat floor! Sticks & leaves caught in some of the scarves. Took a few costumes out that I noticed were not used at all this summer. Happy to say I gifted two of them to a friend and they fit her perfectly!! 😆 Handed out some Love Notes while I was there. Deep breath as a close up our extended expressive arts 🎭 summer playground!

After School Art Clubs start next week! Continuing to settle the art studio after 10 weeks of expressive arts camps. Thanks to the amazing backyard here at The Artists House we are mainly outside unless there are heavy rains. Thank you to Sarah Merry for connecting us to all these amazingly fun bits ‘n bobs!!

Thank you 🙏🏼 Pretty River for all that you have shared with us over the past 10 visits. 1 visit per week of camp… oh except for tween/teen week. They visited the river at least twice.

Collage is a staple at iAiA. There are so many ways to play with this technique. During week 10 in Nottawa, Michele introduced multi papers -solids, patterns, textures and images, encouraging campers to play and expand beyond “the lines”. This is both challenging, freeing, and rewarding for artists of all ages.
