Key City Gymnastics Club Key City Gymnastics - Jr. Gym, Recreational and Competitive. Established 1975.

At Key City Gymnastics we consider gymnastics the ultimate foundation for all sports. Gymnastics helps develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and co-ordination, just to name a few. Key City Gymnastics believes in enhancing confidence, physical and mental development, and providing an overall great experience. Our aim is to help children develop their self-confidence through mental and physical development. Each child’s participation is very important and we want them feel good about themselves and their involvement. We offer a wide range of programs and class options at Key City so there is a place for everyone in the sport of gymnastics. We will do our best to develop each child to his or her full potential in their chosen program!

2026 FALL FUNDRAISER - MOM’S PANTRY🍪❤️

We are excited to announce our Fall Fundraiser - Mom’s Pantry!
This is our first time running a fundraiser with Mom’s Pantry, but we have heard it’s a great one! We look forward to working together to raise funds for Key City Gymnastics.

Fundraiser Details:
🍪Start Date – Monday, October 5
🍪End Date – Friday, October 30 (end of day)
🍪Delivery Date – TBD, more information will go out once the delivery date is determined by Mom’s Pantry.
🍪Fundraising Goal – If we sell $6000.00 worth of goods shipping will be free for the gym! Of course we don’t want to stop there, the more funds raised, the more the gym benefits!

Another face you won’t be seeing around this year is Coach Kaleigh! She is off getting Vet Tech Assistant schooling done! 🐾

She is already SO missed this year, she made such a huge impact on our athletes, coaches and parents in her time at Key City! Our littlest gymnasts to our oldest teen gymnasts in Jr Gym and Recreational loved having her as their coach! She was always ready for class with a smile on her face and ready to help our athletes learn! She was also so great to step in for competitive programming when needed and the althetes loved having her there too! It takes a special person to be able to fill all of the spaces and programs at Key City and Coach Kaleigh did that! We miss our “go-to” girl but we are so excited for this next journey she is on! ❤️

We’re starting off this year with a few missing faces! Today we are celebrating all of them❤️

This is Coach Sierra, she has been in and around Key City Gymnastics since she was a mini gymnast starting her own journey in this sport! She accomplished so much as an athlete and transitioned into the role of a coach seamlessly! She has been a big part of this Key City family for a long time - and she always will be!
We will miss her in the gym this year, but we are so proud of everything she has accomplished and worked towards in her Nursing career!
Thank you for everything you’ve given to this gym, Sierra! We miss you tons!! ❤️

Program Highlight - Gym & Learn! ✨💜

Your littles will love learning their ABC’s, 123’s, colours, animals and more…as well as spending time in the gym during our Gym & Learn class program.
This 2.5hr class will follow weekly themes such as; nature, things that go, dinosaurs, number and “all about me”. 

Learning will be encouraged through songs, books, crafts, games, activity’s and more. 
Time for a snack and interacting with peers will be included as well as time focusing on developing physical abilities and gymnastics fundamentals through circuits and stations on each apparatus. 

Come join us this Fall at Key City! We are licensed through Interior Health and we are SO ready to have this program running!

Monday 9:30-12:00,
Wednesday 9:30-12:00 &
Friday 9:30-12:00

Program Highlight!! 💜✨

Early Movers - 2 years and under.
Tuesday 9:15am-10:00am
Thursday 9:15am-10:00am
Thursday 12:15pm-1:00pm

Held in the mini gym; parents, with the help of a coach, will encourage their littles to explore their surroundings and own limits in a safe space!
As parent participation is mandatory and class has a laid back approach, these 45 minutes because a great opportunity to bond with your little and meet other parents!
