Shine Bright Camp starts TOMORROW!! ⭐️🩷

We can’t wait to see everyone, make new friends and do some big gymnastics! We’ve got so much fun planned - it’s going to be a fantastic week!

Summer Camp Week Four - Going Green! 🚛💚

We had SO much fun last week at camp - we learned about keeping our planet clean and green, made new friends and gained some new skills! Key City Summer Camps are half way over - we can’t wait to see what the rest of summer brings! ☀️

Work it Wednesday! 🚛

This week we learned from Sunny who taught us all about his garbage truck! The kids had so much fun learning how to use all of the gears, lift the garbage cans into the truck and even honking the horn a couple times! This Work it Wednesday is always a crowd favourite - thank you Sunny for coming to teach our campers about your truck!!

Summer Camp Week Three - Super hero/Ninja week!

WOW what a week! It was so fun to watch all these little super hero’s and ninjas in action at the gym! We can’t wait to see what happens during Week Four - Going Green! 🚛🤸🏻‍♀️

Work it Wednesday! 👷🏽‍♂️

Kelly, from Cranbrook Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, came to visit us for Work It Wednesday!
Athletes learned and practised many different control positions (like mount and backpack), sweeps (like silly sweep) & that a Jiu-Jitsu and Gymnastics bridge are two very different skills!
Cranbrooks Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes start again in September, don’t forget to register so you can keep building the skills you learned during Work It Wednesday!
