Early Childhood Educator with Infant Toddler Certification
Kids on Campus Children’s Centre, Cranbrook, BC

Community Campus Children’s Society is a nonprofit childcare society seeking a full-time employee to join our dynamic team! We are ready to reopen our infant toddler program in the summer of 2024 and require a certified infant toddler educator.

This position is 40 hours/week. We offer competitive wages, benefits, sick days, and paid professional development opportunities. Starting wage is $20.31 + $6.00 government top up and a $2.00 top up for the Columbia Basin Trust, for a total of $28.31/hour.

We are looking for applicants who meet the following requirements:
• Possess a current IT certificate to practice.
• A valid Criminal Record Check letter.
• Current first aid certificate.
• We are looking for a compassionate individual who enjoys playing and connecting with children. Has the experience and knowledge base necessary to understand developmentally appropriate practice within a play-based/emergent curriculum environment.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and willing to think outside the box.
• Self-motivated, fun loving, creative, and full of energy!
