We are thrilled to be a part of this annual event again this year that is raising education and awareness for cardiac survival. Located at Grey Monk Estate Winery. You don't want to miss it.

We will be there with a booth as part of the event to talk first aid training and courses coming up in the community. Come see me there!

That’s a wrap for lake swimming lessons for 2026! It was a pleasure to teach so many age groups and abilities this summer! To all my lake swimmers, well done learning to swim in a constantly changing environment, getting over fears/anxieties and learning to be safer and more successful in the water! I hope to see you all next summer.

One more week of swimming lessons to go August 31-Sept 4 in one of our amazing host pool locations.
