Public speaking has never been my strong suit, but today I stepped out of my comfort zone to share something so close to my heart—my passion project, H.O.P.E. (Hold On, Pain Ends). 🤍

Talking about mental health, connection, and the healing power of horses is never easy, but it’s always worth it. Sometimes, the things that scare us most are exactly where we need to grow.
