The Asana Room

The Asana Room The Asana Room is located in downtown Courtenay. There is plenty of street parking for your convenience. Classes are on based on sign-up sessions.

There are always a few drop-in spots available by reservation through the studio website. Based on the Krishnamacharya lineage of teaching, classes are informed by both the Ashtanga and Iyengar methods, combining dynamic movement with attention to alignment and intelligent sequencing. Beginners will find this class challenging but different levels are addressed through the use of variations and modifications to poses. Each class is designed to stimulate range of motion, expand breath and energy potential, and reduce stress.

Here I am dropping off our $250 cash and food donation at the Food Bank. Fantastic!
