Today’s lunch: California rolls and crispy chicken rolls with edamame, miso soup, and apples.It’s been two years since we served sushi. The kitchen made over 80 rolls, which worked out to over 800 pieces!

Today’s lunch: Vegetable spring rolls with Ms. Masako’s macaroni salad and pineapple slice. This was the first time Ms. Masako served a pasta salad. It seems to have been a hit, so it will be back on plates in the near future!
