It was a fun night of sight reading easier music. When was the last time you sat down and just sight read because it's enjoyable? I will be honest it's not usually something I do because I would rather play the same 6 songs over and over again. Spend some time this week and just sight read something for fun!

Tomorrow is Monday again!! Hey Monday students, you had 2 weeks because of Family Day! I cant wait to hear your progress ❤ I think we should also check our speed on note naming. I bet you can beat January's time!

We have been using flashcards in lessons for a few weeks and I am already seeing a huge improvement from my students. The first time through the cards may have seemed tough. Now that you are use to it they are a short exercise to make you think and practice reading your notes. Keep going!

Another good night with online lessons. I feel like we are getting the hang of this! If we can make it through this we can make it through anything!! Remember, PRATICE! Love, that I literally never have to remind my students of this. Yes, I have the best students in the world!
